ANTIMICROBIALS FOR PATHOGEN IN FOOD

Offering a range of specialty products based on Acidified Calcium Sulfate, our Meat DefendR® product line is used as a processing aid that provides significant pathogen reduction or elimination in wet meat protein and dry dehydrated protein food sources. Meat DefendR® is a GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) Antimicrobial, and has met EPA, FDA, and USDA standards as a processing aid. It is listed in the USDA FSIS 7120 GRAS listing of processing aids for multiple applications.

SafeNature® family of Plant Extracted Natural Antioxidants and Extend-OX® Synthetic Antioxidants serve to stabilize fats, oils, lipids and functional foods from the onset of deterioration from oxidative rancidity. SafeNature® Antioxidants are All Natural, and include American Originated Ingredients, Non Soy Antioxidants, and Non-GMO Antioxidants (Both U.S. and European Union E.C. 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 compliant). Extend-OX® Synthetic Antioxidants are functional blends of antioxidants used for food shelf life extension.) All FoodSafe Technologies Antioxidant products are Kosher Certified.
